Straights
Crystal Wheat- An American style wheat ale. Light, slightly yeasty, with very light hop aroma or flavor, finishes with a clean crisp wheat flavor. *4.8% Honey Raspberry Wheat- Local honey added during the brewing process and finished with real raspberries. Not a sweet beer, lovely aroma and clean finish. *4.8% alc. 3rd Base Blonde- Extra light blonde ale, brewed and fermented at lower temperatures to create a crisp and refreshing crystal clear ale, the perfect lawnmower beer. *4.2% alc. Blue Corn John Mexican Lager- An amber Mexican lager made with local blue corn. Its flavor is light and refreshing! *5% alc. Summit Ridge Session IPA- A summery, lighter IPA. Perfect after a long day hiking along some our many beautiful trails and hiking spots. *4.8% alc. Scaramouche Bohemian Pilsner - A crisp Bohemian style pilsner lager. Pilsen malts with a touch of Vienna & Munich malt combined with three different German noble hops. *5.5% alc. Lost Cowboy Double IPA - A wonderful double IPA that has a delightful aroma and a complex flavor. Perfect after a long day of hard work. *6.7% alc. Blends
Boomerang- A blend of Scnorzenboomer Amber Dopplebock and Honey Raspberry Wheat. It's malty, medium bodied, amber in color with a hint of Raspberry and Honey. *6.8% alc. Black & Tan- A delicious blend of malty chocolate flavor from our Porter with a kiss of hops from our Summit Ridge Session IPA. *5% alc. Imperial Black & Tan- An extreme version of the Classic Black & Tan. 75% I.P.A and 25% Dugout Stout. *6.2% alc. Winter Brau- Not just for Winter! It's smooth and hearty, dark amber in color. A blend of Schnoorzenboomer Amber Dopplebock and Summit Ridge Session IPA. * alcohol percentage is approximate.

More Straights Cortez I.P.A.- An American style India Pale Ale. Crystal clear gold, hopped heavily from start to finish with American hops, beautiful aroma and bitter finish. *6.7% alc. Slow Pitch- A Scottish Export Ale. Balancing on the lightest end of the Scottish ale family. Slightly sweet malt flavor and finishes clean with very little hop profile. *5% alc. Schnorzenboomer Amber Dopplebock- A traditional style German Dopplebock Lager. Sweet Munich Malts dominate this Dark Amber Lager, very drinkable and quite wicked. *8.5% alc. County Road Porter- Well balanced English Brown Porter. The Original "Working Mans Ale" with caramel and chocolate malts, and British hops. Probably as good as it gets! *4.8% alc. Dugout Extra Stout- An irish Foreign Extra Stout Ale. All the dark chocolate and coffee notes of a traditional creamy irish Stout yet more on the crisp side instead. *6% alc. Seasonal Brews
